Michael Moser


Michael Moser, CAFM, has served on the GRCC board since 2006.He is founder and President of MyFleetDept.com, a fleet management service providing consulting, project management, training and administrative services for organizations operating vehicle and equipment fleets. They have an Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment (EVSE) division, providing sales, design, installation, management and maintenance services for EV charging hardware and software throughout Western New York.

From 2001 to 2010, Mike held the Director, Fleet and Purchasing position with Lewis Tree Service, responsible for a $50 M purchasing budget and a fleet of more than 4300 assets operating in 23 states and Canada. Mike was Fleet Manager for Rural/Metro Medical Services’ Rochester, NY operation from 1994 to 2001. Early in his career, Mike had diverse management responsibilities within the automotive, truck and towing industries.

Mike earned his Certified Automotive Fleet Manager(CAFM) certification from NAFA, business management curriculum from St. John Fisher College and various technical certifications from Monroe Community College Applied Technologies.

In addition to the Clean Cities program, Mike is a member of the Rochester Transportation Council and involved with various fleet committees and alternative fuel related projects.
