Electric Freight Dashboard

The Electric Freight Dashboard, built in collaboration with Atlas Public Policy, tracks data about the state of freight vehicle electrification in the United States and the availability of funding for the acquisition and deployment of electric freight vehicles and the supporting charging infrastructure. Explore the dashboard for national and state-level insights on current deployments and market opportunities for freight electrification.

The Public Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure Playbook

The Public Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure Playbook provides interactive resources to help communities plan and build the infrastructure needed to support a zero-emission transportation system. Communities, planning organizations, local and state governments, tribal nations, and other decision makers can use the playbook to navigate key considerations for planning and deploying EV infrastructure. The modules include guiding questions, videos, worksheets, and additional resources to drive local progress. Modules can be followed in the order presented or used as stand-alone resources to help with specific priorities.

AFLEET

AFLEET is a free suite of tools developed by Argonne National Laboratory for the Department of Energy that enables users to estimate and compare petroleum use, greenhouse gas and pollutant emissions, and total cost of ownership across conventional and alternative fuel vehicles—including light, heavy-duty, off-road, and infrastructure—available via both spreadsheet and online interfaces.

EVAL Workplace Charging Resources

EVAL (Electric Vehicle Adoption Leadership) is a U.S. Department of Energy-backed certification program that recognizes and supports employers advancing clean work commutes through measures like workplace EV charging, carpooling, biking, transit options, and sustainable commuting incentives.

AchiEVe Toolkit

The AchiEVe Policy Toolkit is a comprehensive national resource featuring model policies designed to catalyze electric vehicle (EV) adoption at state, local, and utility levels. The toolkit distills proven best practices and provides fully customizable policy templates—spanning areas like charger infrastructure, equity-focused access, incentives, fleet mandates, building codes, and dealer training—to help communities systematically scale EV deployment.

DRVE Tool

The Dashboard for Rapid Vehicle Electrification (DRVE) Tool provides unique, turnkey analysis for light-, medium-, and heavy-duty fleet electrification.
