David is a graduate of Clarkson University with a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in civil and environmental engineering. After a 20 year consulting career he is now the Director of Engineering and Facilities Management for the Rochester Genesee Regional Transportation Authority (RGRTA).
RGRTA provides transportation for an eight county area, paratransit operations, and on-demand service. At RGRTA, he handles planning, design and construction of new facilities for RGRTA. These projects have ranged from the 26 bay downtown Rochester Transit Facility, regional bus storage and maintenance facilities to a new service building for RGRTA’s 40 foot, 60 foot and on-demand vehicles. He also ensures that RGRTA facilities remain in a state of good repair and oversees upgrades to facility infrastructure, as needed. He is currently co-leading the zero emission transformation of the RGRTA fleet.
David is also a Town Council member for the Town of Perinton.
