Greater Rochester Clean Cities, Inc. (GRCC) is a non-profit organization committed to helping reduce petroleum use in the Genesee-Finger Lakes region. The GRCC coalition is part of the US Department of Energy Clean Cities Program.

GRCC has developed a program to provide financial assistance for the development of electric vehicle supply equipment (EVSE) in our area. • Create a geographically diverse network of public EV stations.
  • Promote the transformation of our region’s transportation system to one that uses an increasingamount of alternative fuels and vehicles and decreased petroleum.
  • Promote public awareness about the viability of electric vehicles (EV) as a transportation optionfor both individuals and fleets.
  • Reduce air pollution and greenhouse gas emissions.

Applications for the program are currently being accepted for the following organizations:

This program will provide up to a $2,000 rebate to approved organizations upon completion of the installation of a charging station or stations. These stations must be accessible to the public and is subject to inspection and verification by GRCC.
